Do you offer team or corporate pricing?
Absolutely! Any of our subscriptions can be purchased as multi-user accounts so you can create a subscription and then invite your colleagues to join.
Pricing is based on the number of users in your subscription, with discounts starting at 5+ users. The more users you add, the more you save! Enter the number of users you need in the pricing calculator above to determine your total annual or monthly cost.
Contact us to learn more about our team/corporate options or for Enterprise pricing, which gives you preferred pricing for 50+ users and scales up to provide options for full site licenses.
Is there a way to access all your websites and newsletters?
Definitely! All Access covers BevNET (non-alcoholic beverage & spirits), Nosh (natural foods), and Brewbound (beer industry) content with a single subscription. In addition to daily news, insights, and event discounts across all three communities, you receive a 25% discount versus purchasing these subscriptions separately.
Do you offer special plans for retailers?
Yes, we are pleased to support qualified retailers with a complimentary Insider subscription. Simply fill out the retailer form — we will review your request and notify you of your approval status within 2 business days. If your organization already has a subscription, we can add you to that subscription immediately; when filling out the retailer form, please just make note that your organization has an existing subscription and we’ll be happy to get you set up right away.
Do you offer special plans for the media?
Yes, we are pleased to support full time members of the media with a complimentary Insider subscription. Simply fill out the media form — we will review your request and notify you of your approval status within 2 business days. Please note that media subscriptions can only be set up for individuals. If your team members would also like a complimentary subscription, they must submit their own request.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
All subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of your subscription term if you do not cancel in advance of your renewal date. We do not offer refunds for early cancellation or if you cancel after your subscription renews. You can mark your subscription for end-of-term cancellation at any point during your subscription term from your account billing settings.
How do I make changes to my plan level or number of users?
You may add additional users to your plan at any time from your account. Discounts for 5+ users are automatically applied and the subscription fee for additional users is prorated based on the term of your subscription. If you need 50+ users, please contact us for Enterprise pricing. Plan or user downgrades take effect at your renewal.
If you pay by US bank account (ACH Direct Debit), added seats unlock after the debit settles, which generally takes several business days.
Can I purchase a single article or do you have a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial or the option to purchase a single article. We do, however, offer monthly subscriptions if your needs are short-term. You’re welcome to cancel your monthly subscription at any time, though we certainly hope you’ll see the value in our Insider content and connections and choose to remain a subscriber long-term.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing or vice-versa?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time, or from annual to monthly billing at the time of your renewal. Contact us and we’d be happy to help.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
